  <Paragraph>Instrument Management allows to exchange Standards and Project files between the instrument
             and file system.
             </Paragraph>
                     
             
  <Paragraph Style="{DynamicResource Header}">Connect Instrument</Paragraph>
  
  <Paragraph>As soon as an instrument is connected with the PC, communication is established and data saved 
             in the instrument as well as on the PC are displayed.
             </Paragraph>

  <Paragraph>• Use the <Bold>Instruments</Bold> field in the left area to select an instrument
               in case there are several units connected. 
               </Paragraph> 

  <Paragraph>• The <Bold>Search</Bold> field below allows to filter the displayed data for specific entries.
               </Paragraph> 
                 
  <Paragraph>• Use the <Bold>File type</Bold> field to select the content to be displayed in the data area in  
               the middle of the window:
               </Paragraph>             
               
  <Paragraph Style="{DynamicResource Header}">Standard</Paragraph>  

  <Paragraph> ... shows all Standards available in the <Bold>Instrument</Bold> or <Bold>Database</Bold>.  
               </Paragraph>
               
  <Paragraph>• Standards can be sent to or from the instrument using the <Bold>arrow buttons</Bold> between the
               "Instrument" and "Database" columns. Specific entries of a standard family can be deselected for
               the exchange.
               </Paragraph>  
               
  <Paragraph>• Standards with the same status in the instrument and database are marked with a 
               "<Bold>√</Bold>". In case of a change, an arrow points to the older version 
               for updating. 
               </Paragraph>            
                    
  <Paragraph>• To remove a standard from the instrument, click on its <Bold>bin icon</Bold>*.
               </Paragraph>

  
  <Paragraph Style="{DynamicResource Header}">Project</Paragraph>   
   
  <Paragraph> ... shows all Projects saved in the <Bold>Instrument</Bold> or available in the
               computer as a <Bold>Recent Project</Bold>.
               </Paragraph>
  
  <Paragraph>• Projects can be sent from or to the instrument using the <Bold>arrow buttons</Bold> between the
               "Instrument" and "Recent Project" columns. When sending a project to the Recent Projects list,
               a dialog box opens to save the project data as xml file on the file system.
               </Paragraph>  
  
  <Paragraph>• Projects with the same status in the instrument and coputer are marked with a 
               "<Bold>√</Bold>". In case of a change, an arrow points to the older version 
               for updating. 
               </Paragraph>   
               
  <Paragraph>• Choose a standard family under <Bold>Color Families</Bold>, to narrow down the displayed data.
               </Paragraph>  
               
  <Paragraph>• To remove a Project from the instrument, click on its <Bold>bin icon</Bold>*.

  <Paragraph>Additional buttons above the middle data area allow to:
               </Paragraph>            
  
  <Paragraph>• <Bold>Send date/time</Bold>:  The internal clock of the instrument will be adjusted to the system time of the computer.
             </Paragraph>
                    
  <Paragraph>• <Bold>Add Project to Recent List</Bold>: A window opens to select a project xml file from the file system.
               </Paragraph>
 
  <Paragraph>• <Bold>Clear Recent Project List</Bold>: Using this function will clear only the "Recent Projects" list.
               The data are saved as xml file and kept in the file system.
               </Paragraph>

  <Paragraph><Bold>*Note:</Bold> Before deleting a Standard or Project make sure, the measurement data
              are saved on the hard drive, if required.
