  <Paragraph>Instrument Management allows sending Color Standards and Organizer files to the instrument. 
             Additionally, standards measured with the instrument can be transfered to the database.
             </Paragraph>
             
  <Paragraph Style="{DynamicResource Header}">Connect Instrument</Paragraph>
  
  <Paragraph>As soon as the instrument is connected with the PC, communication is established and files saved 
             in the instrument as well as the standard management database are displayed:
             </Paragraph>
  
  <Paragraph>• The column <Bold>Instrument</Bold> shows the Standards and Organizers  
               saved in the instrument.
               </Paragraph>
  <Paragraph>• The column <Bold>Database</Bold> shows all files stored in the database. A "<Bold>√</Bold>" indicates
               whether spectrald data is available for the standard and whether it is defined as a "master".
               </Paragraph>
               
  <Paragraph>• The drop-down box on the left side allows filtering the files to be displayed (e.g. standards and/or organizers).
               </Paragraph>  
  <Paragraph>• Selecting individual Standard Families on the left side allows filtering only the standards that are included in the selected Standard Families.
               To deactivate the selection click on the filter icon above the list.
               </Paragraph> 
 <Paragraph>• Standards can also be selected by typing in the name or part of the name in the <Bold>Search Line</Bold>. 
              The organizer which includes the standards is additionally displayed. Clicking on the cross at the end of the line will delete the input.
               </Paragraph>      
               
  <Paragraph>• Standards and Organizers can be sent to the instrument using the <Bold>arrow buttons</Bold> pointing to the instrument column.
               In the opposite direction spectral data of measured standards can be sent from instrument to the database
               using the arrow buttons pointing to the database column.
               </Paragraph>   
  <Paragraph>• A <Bold>red arrow</Bold> indicates that the object does not fit to the connected instrument or 
               Parameter 1 is not defined. Therefore, go to "Organizer" module and check its settings.           
               </Paragraph>
 
  <Paragraph>• Additionally, a <Bold>red arrow</Bold> indicates that a fluorescent standard which was only measured with 
               BYK-mac i is to be sent to a BYK-mac. This is not allowed.
               </Paragraph>
               
  <Paragraph>• An <Bold>orange arrow</Bold> indicates a warning that a fluorescent standard containing spectral data of 
               BYK-mac i and BYK-mac is to be sent to a BYK-mac.
               </Paragraph>             
               
  <Paragraph>• Files with the same status in the instrument and database are marked with a 
               "<Bold>√</Bold>". In case of a change, an arrow points to the older version 
               for updating. 
               </Paragraph>                         
  <Paragraph>• <Bold>New standards</Bold> transferred from the instrument will be saved in the Standard Family "Various Standards".
               Go to "Standard Management" to check their settings.
               </Paragraph>            
  <Paragraph>• The arrow in front of the Organizer enables to select for
               object variations (Parameter 1) to be activated.
               </Paragraph> 
  <Paragraph>• To remove an object from the instrument, click on its <Bold>Delete*</Bold> icon.
               </Paragraph>

  <Paragraph>• Additional buttons in the upper row can be used to send all files or standards.
               "<Bold>Delete measurement data*</Bold>" removes the measurement data from the instrument. A summary of the 
               data which will be deleted is shown. Confirm with OK or Cancel.
               </Paragraph>
  
  <Paragraph><Bold>*Note:</Bold> Before deleting a Standard or Organizer make sure, the measurement data
              are saved in the database.
              </Paragraph>
  
  <Paragraph Style="{DynamicResource Header}">Send date/time</Paragraph>
  
  <Paragraph>The internal clock of the instrument will be adjusted to the system time of your computer.
             </Paragraph>

  <Paragraph>Once all desired Standards and Organizer are transferred, exit the Instrument 
             Management [x] - the device is ready for measurement. 
             </Paragraph>
              
  <Paragraph>After measuring, use the module "Data Transfer" to download and save the measurement data.
             </Paragraph>
